- Final payment is due upon project completion
- Late payments may incur interest and suspend work
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a consulting engagement as specified in the Statement of Work. Web Forge reserves the right to terminate website access for users who violate these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Namibia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Windhoek, Namibia, unless otherwise agreed in a consulting agreement.
11. Changes to Terms
